My family and I are so incredibly grateful to the amazing team at this wonderful vet practice. Within 16 hours we had to put our beloved 14 year old Cavachon and 91/2 year old rabbit to sleep. It was a heartbreaking time but the empathy, professionalism and genuine care made an unbearable situation a little more bearable. The staff are more than professionals - they have become like friends over the years going above and beyond - staying past their hours, giving my family and my pets the time, space and support we needed. They treated us like family and that level of care is truly rare. Thank you for your unwavering dedication, your compassion and for walking this long journey with us. You are truly special people doing an exceptional job.

They are by far the best vets I’ve ever been with, the whole team is friendly and caring, after my cat and dog passed away within months of each other they were very caring and made grieving process easier. All the staff deserve a 10/10

We have seen several vets and vet nurses (Rachel, Mary & Caroline) at this practice for my cats and I can’t recommend them enough. All staff working at Vet4life Shepperton are incredibly friendly, caring & make time for you and your pet. We have visit for check ups as well as one emergency and have always felt like our cats were taken care with love, professionalism and expert knowledge. We really feel like our pets are in safe hands here and are grateful to have found this practice.

The staff are very friendly and caring, Archie was seen quickly and he had a lot of fuss made of him whilst he stayed in for a few days and nights. Archie is on the road to recovery and would highly recommend Vets 4 Life to everyone.

We took joey for his first vet visit for a consultation and going back again in a week. We were greeted with happiness from the receptionist and the nurse that saw joey was very informative and explained everything to us. We loved out visit and joey was a smiley boy when we left.
