Medivet Ashford Middlesex

I would just like to say a thank you to Janine on reception, she is absolutely amazing and has such a welcoming face to all! She is always so helpful when I come in. She is a huge asset to the Medivet team !

The very best veterinary clinic I’ve ever dealt with. Prompt, reliable, polite, professional, caring and friendly means that we have been here with our two cats (sadly passed) and now our dog for around twenty years now. Need advice? Just ask. My dog feels both comfortable and calm here, so why go anywhere else? No thanks.

Everyone is friendly and helpful with a big smile on their faces while dealing with pets and their owners, everyone is knowledgeable and the practice seem to have good facilities and good equipment. So far we had 3 visits and our lovely cat has been seen by 3 different vets and all three exceeded our expectations and the service was flawless so far. I would happily recommend their services with confidence to anyone

Would like to say the whole practice everyone from reception to vets to nursing staff are truly amazing . Been with this practice for many many years and they have always put the highest of care into looking after my dogs. Recently Sophie head vet saved my young Spaniels life with her diligence and quick thinking rushing him for an emergency CT scan and quickly referred him but without her intervention I feel he would not be here and making a very good recovery from a median Sternotomy . Cannot Thank Sophie and the team for their 5 star care enough.

My two cats were very happy and relieved to hear that they had passed their health checks. They love going to Medivet in Ashford and the staff are very kind caring and compassionate about the pets they .Once again first class service from Medivet. Sunny May and Moon say thank you for the wonderful compassionate care they received again and for helping them to feel less scared.

Needed a emergency appointment. The receptionists booked me in very quickly. When I got there they were lovely and welcoming. But the vet was amazing. Wonderful with my dog and explained everything. Even my 16 year old son was impressed. I've used a few different vets in the past due to time and convenience... but I won't be doing that again.

Absolutely fantastic vets. Went above and beyond for or dog Teddy after he was attacked by another dog. Sadly he didn't make it. But we knew every effort was taken to make sure he was taken care of right to the end. They even sent us the most precious gift of his paw prints and some of his fur ❤️. We are Forever greatful for there help and support. Mr & Mrs Taylor

The staff are amazing. I always feel like my boy is in great hands and being well looked after and loved. The team really know their stuff and are always more than happy to answer questions and they put my mind at rest multiple times after my dog had a surgery. I have even seen some of the reception staff around the area and they remember my dog and always say hello. Highly recommend!
