Strongly advise people to stay clear of the pets club. They charge on the basis that Nexgurd flea medication is £55 a box. This is readily available online for £22. It is much more cost-efficient to not be part of the pet club and to pay for vaccinations and flea treatment separately. It feels like yet another vet con to cost people out of having animals

Initially they look fine but actually they are not trustworthy and I had my bunny who had a problem. She stopped pooping and stopped eating and they asked me to do very expensive surgery which could cost me 2-2.5k and actually my bunny is fine now without that surgery with Gods grace by only giving her little bit a medication and lots of water so they even said if you like than we can put her to sleep in order to prevent to let her die in pain which was not very nice to hear. So they just want to make a big bill and try to scare me by saying those things so I would go for the expensive surgery. But thank god God saved me and my bunny from these scammers. Beware if you go to this vet.

I normally go to their Staines branch, but had appt here as they were full. The vet was extremely nice, and examined my cat thoroughly as he had got a limp. Had injection, nails clipped etc and my cat didn't mind at all. Would highly recommend.

I couldn’t have asked for a better place. Sadly my dog had to be put to sleep, and every one was do kind.
