  Take my Guinea pig to the vets ...As 1 was feeling under the weather ...rung them up and spoke to the receptionist and he advised to take both them down to be on the safe side would like to thank him on his advice as i have rung up a couple of times since bringing them down ....The vet that see them was very caring and helpful and give them a good health check up ...went over and above....Mr Tumnus has an infection been given antibiotics...on the way to getting better....thank u all for being so good and putting up with me ringing up ....⭐⭐⭐ A big big thank u to David and staff for looking after Mr Tumnus he had an abscess on his back, he went in monday morning and was out in the afternoon with food and meds ...David ur a star can't thank u and the ur team enough Hi Everyone Hope you are all well and good, Just a little update on MrTumnus he is doing well ...Thank you once again David ...he very happy to be back with his brother ..🥰🥰⭐️⭐️⭐️ Me and brother hanging out.... 13/9/25 A big thank u to David ..once again he work his magic with Tyrion this time .. my daughter Guinea pig had a bad leg..David is very knowledge and caring of your pets and wears his heart on his sleeve...your 1 of a kind we love you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

  I recently brought a puppy, and the breeder took them to this place to be vaccinated for its first injection. I went to take him for his second vaccination today only to realise on the vaccine card the vaccine was actually out of date! When I addressed this with the vet she checked her fridge and said “oh yeah it’s out of date” with no care or even the slightest bit of concern. When I asked why this wasn’t checked her response was “that is not our responsibility”. I also asked would this harm the puppy and her words were “it’s like taking an out of date Ibuprofen”. Comparing a tablet to an injection? I’m shocked and disgusted by the whole experience here and how I was addressed by the staff, more specifically the vet. Will not be coming back here and I suggest you do the same if you do not want an out of date vaccine used on your pet!

  Have been going to Petwell ever since a little stray walked into our lives over 12 years ago. They have always been amazing with her as she is very nervy when taken out of her comfort zone. I’m very happy with how they look after her especially now she is getting older and has some age related health issues. The staff are very helpful and friendly. “Squeaks” from Cat the cat 😊

  Really pleased with the treatment my cat got. She wasn’t great after delivering her litter of gorgeous kittens. I called up on Friday morning and was offered an appointment within two hours. Thankfully my cat has made a full recovery and the kittens are doing amazingly well. Thanks to the wonderful staff.
