Last October I took my very healthy and strong 12 years old cat for a dental at Willett house. After paying for a full blood test I was told that he was good to go for his dental. A week after his dental he started losing a seriously worrying amount of weight. I kept on going back being given steroids and anti-biotics. They did another blood test as the vet was saying "I think we're missing something". I was going out of my mind. By December my poor boy had lost so much weight and still they wouldn't advise me to refer him to a specialist. On 4th December during the night my poor boy died of a heart attack having lost blood from his wound (where they took blood sample). I challenged them after asking for his medical record and they brushed me off. I received a very boiler plate response with no accountability as to why my otherwise healthy cat declined so much after his dental. I contacted VCMS for mediation and complaints. They are refusing to engage. Please do not use these people. If you do, do not let them treat your animal before you have checked their blood result. I think that my lovely cat was killed by these people and they take no responsibility and refuse to engage in mediation for me to comprehend why this happened.

Absolutely love this vet and use it for all of our animals. They see reptiles and rodents, along with the usual cats and dogs, which is always harder to find! Very quick to respond to messages, never have a problem accessing our prescriptions in a timely manner and the staff are always friendly and reassuring. Wouldn't take our fur babies anywhere else.

Wonderful professional service. I trust the vets and staff at Willett House completely. They saved my beloved cats life after a catastrophic mistake by another vetinary surgeon. Their customer service is outstanding. In addition the staff are kind considerate and compassionate. Follow up and online service superb. Highly recommended, and on a completely different level to other practices.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you for taking care of our cat George today. He had 2 x dental extractions and scale and polish under GA. Staff so caring and knowledgable and professional and he is now recovering well at home. In fact he is the most spritely we have seen him in ages. Would highly recommend Willet house. many thanks once again from Elaine and Michael James.

LOVE this vet. Although I don't have anything to compare it to. All the vets are very knowlegable and helpful at both Feltham and Staines. However Annie is our favourite. Nurses and receptionists are friendly and helpful. LOVE the health care club.
