Great vet practice! The receptionists were very welcoming, caring and professional. The vets I saw on two different occasions were very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. I'm also very impressed with the care before and coming up after the procedure. It really lessens the worry you feel for your pet knowing they'll be well looked after. Highly recommended!

All the vets we’ve seen at the Vet 4 life Surbiton and Teddington branches have been helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, caring, gentle and kind when dealing with our dog and cat.

I have been bringing my pets to Vet4Life for around 10 years. I usually see Jenny but yesterday, my cat was seen, assessed and worked up medically by Lily. Lily is so kind, generous with her time, is a complete fountain of knowledge and was so so so reassuring. I would not take my pets anywhere else and trust this practice implicitly in terms of safety, approach, knowledge and advice. Keep being amazing, what a fantastic team you are.

Delays getting results, treatments along with a 'consultation' from nurse instead of a vet, samples I don't even know were sent off and my darling dog is now dead. Explained how hes struggling to poo, nothing done about it. A second opinion - the second I mentioned he was struggling to poo, showed a huge prostate- reports of struggling to poo, according to the second opinion, should have been the first check in a dog of his age. A 2 week delay in results was possibly 2 weeks in him getting the right treatment. Thanks vets 4 life Surbiton, ive lost my best friend. Im sure you're just sad to have lost a cash cow Anyone considering a vet- this place is owned by a huge multinational corporation and so it's a money mill. Travel further and get your beloved pet into an independent business where animal welfare trumps the mighty £££ And don't get me started on the ignorant fish wife barking abruptly down the phone demanding money for a non existent 'outstanding balance' Despicable. I complained and was told that theyve been extra busy, hence the terrible service. They actually emailed me to say they allow vet nurses to do consultations and vet checks. The nurse that I saw on his last visit struggled to get blood from him- if she cant take blood then she's hardly up for being given any responsibility. So their greed and overreaching killed my dog

Sayin' goodbye to my girl Luna as she will be having surgery? A procedure done on some damaged teethies... This is the longest I have been away from her as she is always havin' around me - somewhere. It's upsetting, but I know the veterinary at Vet 4 Life will take good care of her. I can't wait to have her home with me again... 😢

Absolutely awesome vet's. All the staff are excellent! Our cat was looked after in the most caring way by everyone! She wasn't the most friendly at the surgery, but they understood. Having to to make the most heartbreaking decision recently to have her euthanized at 17 they made the process very peaceful, not only for her but for us. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Walking into an ambience with trees and natural wildlife calls the friendly receptionists quickly register your arrival and a Vetinary nurse will appear from the trees “a 3D wallpaper” covering the whole wall and a few doors to the individual consultation rooms. Not only is the physical experience delightful the professionalism is above and beyond !! Thank you all for looking after Link and Zelda.

Adding more context as it is deserved: The team at Vet4life are fantastic every time we go there with our tripod rescue cat. The practice is always immaculately clean (not easy when you handle animals), the staff are wonderfully friendly and professional and every time we have a question, we're given an answer with patience, understanding and elaboration where needed. In short, it's no surprise its such a popular vet for the area and I would thoroughly recommend using them (special shout out to Jenny - our cat's favourite)
