Highly recommended veterinary practice. Our dog is always well cared for. The vets and staff are professional and helpful. It is easy to get a convenient appointment, and their charges are always fair.

We have been coming to this practice for almost 7 yrs and always found the staff very friendly and helpful. They are polite and courteous when you ring . The treatment is always available whatever that maybe and we have always felt very cared for .

The staff are friendly and caring, but I waited a very, very long time before I finally saw the vet. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment which was 12pm and only got in to see the vet at 12.29pm. I had another appointment at 1pm so was getting anxious. It made me late for the rest of my day. The vet did apologised for the wait but it still created upheaval to my day…

Our visit to Woodcroft in Handforth with our cocker spaniel Buddy was amazing Buddy was calm and received with affection and support from all the staff. The vet was amazing she knew exactly what was going on with Buddy and offered the best solution and treatment for him.

Recently I had to take my dog to the vets , I have 2 dogs and haven’t been to vets for a while , sadly my dog who I took to the vets , due to age didn’t see past that day . But the staff on the day , nurse , vet went above and beyond that day . And recently received a card from the vets and the nurse took paw prints nose print and little fur in a jar . But the staff have been lovely, especially since never been in this position before . I took the other dog to the vets for a check up and again so understanding and caring .
