Amazing practice, very friendly for cats and their owners both, also very affordable. Great service. They helped me to get my cat better after he's been in a fight and ended up with his cheek bitten and badly infected. Dr Roshni Hothi was so great, she calmed him down and applied treatment and offered advice on how to look after him afterwards and he's gotten better. Thank you so very much!

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the incredible team at 608 Vets. On Thursday, May 14th, my beautiful cat and best friend, Neemo, was hit by a car. Some kind passersby brought him here. Although his injuries were too severe to save him, the vets acted with total compassion and put him to sleep with an injection so he could pass away peacefully and without pain. When I called and later went to collect him, the staff were incredibly friendly, sympathetic, and kind. They had kept him safely and respectfully wrapped for me, and they even provided a private room so I could grieve and say goodbye to my boy. I was deeply stressed and heartbroken, but their kindness made an impossibly hard moment a little easier. When I asked what I owed for everything they did for Neemo and me, they told me there was no charge. Thank you, 608 Vets, for the dignity you showed Neemo and the immense kindness you showed me. I will never forget it.

608 Vets are always friendly and polite. They greet my pets warmly and genuinely seem like they care. The clinic is always clean and pleasant, and I’ve never had trouble getting an appointment when needed. The only downside—like most vets—is that it can be quite pricey. Overall, a great experience and a team I trust.

Emergency appt required for my 9yr old cat Mew on Boxing Day, was appointed straight away as an emergency, seen as soon as I arrived and Mew was triaged and then immediately Alicia the Vet attended to her. She was so kind and caring and soon got to the bottom of the problem whish was a shoulder/front leg injury probably from jumping down off my bed (shes an indoor cat). She was medicated and had anti nausea jab as she'd been vomiting, possibly through pain. Luckily, no breaks! She slept most of the rest of the day and i have 3 days meds to keep her comfortable. I cant thank the staff enough! All of my animals have been treated at 608 Solihull and whilst I have 3 or 4 vets more local to me, I wouldnt go anywhere else. Thank you Team 608 Solihull!

Christine saved the life of my hamster, Chimken, and I will be forever grateful. After contacting several vets, 608 Vets was the only practice willing to see my hamster and carry out proper diagnostics. Christine performed surgery and saved her life. My hamster means everything to me, and throughout the entire process Christine was nothing short of an angel - kind, compassionate, and incredibly professional at every check-up. I have so much respect for her. Even when I arrived late to appointments, she still took the time to see me. On occasions when I was her final appointment of the day, she still greeted me with a warm smile and genuine kindness. That level of care and dedication is rare. I trust Christine completely and wouldn’t want anyone else caring for any future pets I may have. I truly owe her everything. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough - this place genuinely saves lives.

I AM BROKEN. Never go to this vet unless you want to be threatened, controlled and have your animals life took away from you. They are cruel and the manager is highly manipulative. He told me i cannot leave with MY cat as she is “suffering and in danger” and if i do they will call rspca. I felt powerless, manipulated, under pressure and racially attacked. My baby was full of life as you can see in the photos and a soldier, They took £200 and my fur baby’s life. Legislation to “protect animals” but they do not care about anything apart from money. May God heal their corrupt, money grabbing souls. They have not made a difference in my animals life. I am traumatised. 0 stars if i could. I have reposted this as they have tried to silence me, shame on you ALL.

Absolutely fantastic service. The receptionists are so helpful and friendly, and the vets are so thorough and caring. My dog is always getting into mischief, and I feel so comfortable leaving him in their care. We have been to two other vets and received nowhere near the service 608 provides.
