The staff are really friendly and knowledgable. The vet will always give my cat a health check, before any treatments. We pay a monthly price which covers flea and worm treatment, plus gives you a discount on any treatments. I would recommend this!

I've been with this surgery since my dog was a puppy, so 16 years. The team have always been so kind and professional. When I ring up, they remember my dog and her health concerns and will always ask how she's getting on, so I feel that they genuinely care. The prices have gone up in recent years (possibly when they became Medivet), but the benefit of them being part of a larger group is that you have access to other Medivet surgeries (for example, they have a surgery in Leamington that has extended opening hours if you need it). I'd definitely recommend them.

Absolutely terrible practice. After many years of being privately owned, now bought by Medivet and all the worse for it. Operated on my dog for a very simple procedure and she almost lost her leg. Thousands of pounds had to be spent elsewhere for intensive care and to rectify their poor care. Just don't do it.

Amazing practice. Demitra has been very patient and understanding with my nervous dog. A very honest vet that only does what’s necessary

The Team at Solihull Medicare have shown such care, kindness & general concern in our pet dogs health especially since his cancer diagnosis. They are very clear with their instructions, direction & their willingness to discuss all matters concerning your pet’s health is reassuring. Can’t Thank them enough!

You pay for the service you get. The Willows is very pricey but there is no doubt I'd go anywhere else. I was at a total loss with my dog, I had been to more vets than you can imagine with them all just telling me there was nothing wrong. Took my boy to here and got the top treatment and now we are finally getting back to normal life 🙌. I would recommend this vets to anyone

We are extremely happy with the care our bird Bello received. Edvardo treated him with such kindness and compassion, and the staff were all wonderful. The reception team were very welcoming, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. We felt completely at ease throughout our visit. Highly recommended!

I had to bring in a dog I was looking after because she was having issues with her paw, and Dr Dimitra was brilliant. She examined her properly, explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and handled her with so much care. The staff were welcoming and the whole appointment felt calm and professional. Really impressed and would definitely recommend this practice.

Took my two kittens in for their first vaccinations and was offered superb service. Staff was extremely friendly and answered all questions with patience and kindness. We were seen by Eduardo who was very knowledgeable and gave fantastic advice re: caring for our kittens. Highly recommend this vet practice!!
