Apex are absolutely wonderful from start to finish every time we visit. My pup is nearly 1 now and they’ve been a great support every step of the way with guidance, advice, and most recently with help with a phantom pregnancy. It says a lot that my dog is more excited to go to the vet than most other places! She loves it there!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Huge thank you to Doug at Apex Vets for the amazing care Binx received today. Doug was incredibly thorough with his examination and took the time to explain exactly what he was checking for and what his findings meant throughout the appointment. As a worried pet owner, it was so reassuring to be talked through everything step by step rather than being left wondering. Binx was kept in for X-rays and pain relief, and I was kept fully updated throughout the day with clear communication at every stage. The whole team made a really stressful situation much easier and I felt completely informed and reassured the entire time. Thank you again for taking such great care of Binx — it was genuinely appreciated.

Apex Vets are very good. All members of staff from vets to receptionists are very professional and friendly. I find the treatment of my pets to be very thorough while being compassionate and caring and the premises are always spotless. There are also separate areas for cats and also a quiet room if you wish your pet to be away from the main waiting room.

Excellent friendly professional service from everyone at Apex Vets. That was our dog Khali’s first visit and she was happy and relaxed. We were very impressed. We could tell we had made the right decision to move there.

Great veterinary practice. Have both my tortoise and cat registered here. Staff are very friendly and caring. We have met Callum a couple of times and he is very knowledgeable and patient especially with my grumpy wee tortoise. Would highly recommend Apex vets to look after your pets.

Given the recent CMA investigation triggering a serious amount of online vet bashing I would just like to say this practice is amazing as are the staff, they have always been upfront and clear with us about pricing and treatment options, we have never felt pressurised or ripped off. Am sure this horrendous public backlash for the vetinary sector has taken its toll on vetinary staff everywhere, so just to re-assure all at apex vets we for one appreciate your skill and expertise and all you do for our beloved pets. 🥰

This is the easiest review I have ever written! Exceptional team, excellent care. We have been using Apex vets for our 3 dogs since 2015, moving the care of our dogs to apex following a poor experience with another vets. I can honestly say they are by far the best vet practice we have ever used. From the minute you arrive the friendly reception staff, welcome and reassure you, offering quiet space if pets seem stressed/anxious. The care and compassion from the clinical team, the vets, vet nurses and assistants is second to none. We recently experienced this first hand when our wee chihuahua Alfie became unexpectedly unwell, without their quick responses and actions, he would not be here with us. While prioritising Alfie’s clinical care, they also ensured my husband and I were kept informed, all communication was carried out with compassion at what was a stressful, and terrifying time for us. Alfie’s best interests were the priority, and the team worked tirelessly to look after him, their knowledge and skills ensured our wee Alfie was able to come home and live his best life barking at anything that moves. We cannot thank you all enough.

Been with apex for around 10years of our dogs 13 years , they are night and day compared to local vets . Our dog hated the vets for his first 2/3years of his life , had to drag him in the door . As soon as he went to apex he fell in love with Doug , he spent alot of time with him and he even trusted him to do an operation on him . Unfortunately on Monday we had to make that dreaded decision that any pet lover hates , we took Diesel to a special place I wanted to remember him , then off to the vets , in a very poorly way he still managed a little sprint to the door . The staff were so compassionate and understanding of the difficulty it was to make that decision. Diesel was then greeted by a lovely member of staff who gave him lovely biscuits and she made him feel so settled ❤️ then it was the dreaded time ,but again the vet was very understanding of our wishes and what we wanted and she went along with that and we got to say our goodbyes 😢 we were promised he would be well looked after and I felt slightly more at ease leaving him . We want to say a massive thank you to all the staff as they are heroes without capes . They are one of the best vets we have ever experienced. Unfortunately we won't be going through this heartache again or we would 1 million percent be going back to apex vets 🌈😭❣️
