Led by Directors Dr Ian Lowe, BVetMed PgC in Exotic Animal Studies MRCVS, and Mrs Julie Wakerley, BVSc MRCVS, our veterinary surgeons Dr Adam Nayar and Dr Hannah Staniforth, both BVSc MRCVS, are committed to providing top-notch veterinary services to the community.

At Ark Veterinary Surgery, we understand that veterinary nurses play an invaluable role in the well-being of our clients’ pets. Our Head Veterinary Nurse, Miss Kerry Higginson, RVN, leads a team of exceptional veterinary nurses including Mrs Michelle Billard, RVN, and Miss Philippa Griffith, RVN. Together, they provide crucial hands-on care for animals under our wing.

In addition to our exceptional team of veterinary surgeons and nurses, we also rely on the services of our Advanced Practitioners who bring additional expertise to our practice to offer further specialisations when needed.

We are proud to extend our commitment to first-class care by offering a range of facilities within our practice that cater to the needs of our clients and patients. Some of the facilities we provide include weekend opening hours, ample client car parking, disabled public access, and practice interests such as animal behaviour, dentistry, and more.

Our opening hours are designed to make it as convenient as possible for our clients to access our services. We are open from 08:30 to 18:30 on Monday through Friday, and for those in need of weekend appointments, we are here for you from 10:00 to 12:00 on Sundays.
