I cannot thank Armac Vets in Peebles enough for the incredible care and compassion they showed today. It Is clear that this practice truly puts animals first, and that means everything when you’re going through a stressful situation with your pet. The level of professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern from every member of the team dealing with us was outstanding. Chris took the time to explain everything clearly, supported me through each step, and treated my dog with such care and respect. You can tell this isn’t just a job to them—they genuinely care about the wellbeing of every animal that comes through their doors. In a situation that could have been overwhelming, they made me feel reassured and supported throughout. The service I received was absolutely top notch, and I will never forget the compassion they showed both to me and my dog. We've used Armac for a very long time, stretching back over 30 years (Biggar back in those days). Always ready to help, professional and friendly staff. We've been treated with compassion when needed and emergency action when it was required. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

ARMAC – A Vet You Can Truly Rely On I had a cat and two dogs needing care and export paperwork, and Chris at ARMAC in Peebles was nothing short of exceptional. From the very start, he was calm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He treated each of my animals with patience and genuine care, making a stressful process feel completely under control. Exporting pets isn’t easy—it’s full of details and deadlines—but Chris handled everything so smoothly that I could finally just breathe. I had full confidence in him, and that meant everything. It felt like I could hand over my worries and know he’d take care of it all. The whole team at ARMAC were supportive, quick to respond, and kind throughout. We have been with Armac for 11 years. Moved hosie a few times but still drive back to then for routine care, amazing service from absolutely everyone. Also very reasonably priced. I drive a 2 hour round trip for each visit and its still cheaper than the local vets at new house. Although I prefer to drive and stay with who we know. We have a mini zoo so do make alot of trips to go and visit everyone 🙈😂

Wonderful vet, would never use anyone else. Also extremely reasonable prices, reassuring you that you're animals care is always the number one priority! Late last night we had an emergency with our rabbit Luna, we called the emergency number and within 15 minutes we were in the clinic and she was seen by David. David was fantastic with both Luna and us, reassuring my very worried self that we had done the correct thing and was already prepared for the situation when we arrived! Couldn't recommend a better practice, they go above and beyond!
