Staying in the Peebles area from Northern Ireland with my dog, forgot to pack an important medication for her. Called and was seen no problem, modern vet clinic and spotlessly clean. Lovely staff in reception, very welcoming and the vet who seen Smurf was so kind and very attentive. Thank you for helping us ❤️

Our dog Kody was very unwell and had blood in his urine, we were immediately seen with no hesitation, At 65kg Kody is a big dog but absolutely no problem with him getting sedated, bloods which were done there and then followed by an ultrasound scan, the care we received from Lloyd and Danielle at two rivers vets was outstanding 👏 so professional, nothing was too much hassle, they really did go above and beyond for us and we are so grateful for their help in such a worrying time. What a team 👌🏻 ⭐️ Thank you again!

I had a very positive experience with vet Amy She is very kind and has a great, friendly approach to dogs. She asks a lot of questions . She explains everything clearly and makes sure you feel comfortable. I never felt rushed during the visit. Kali loves her I highly recommend her.

I cannot fault this team! From calling only a couple hours before closing and were more than happy that I nipped in for a minor issue, to the welcome my pup and I received from the reception staff, to the professionalism and care our vet treated my pup. Top service all round! Added bonus..... it didn't even cost me an arm and a leg! Great value for money. I would never think of changing vets even if I have to travel 35 miles. It is worth the drive. Thank you to all the staff at Two Rivers! Keep up the great work!

If I could give Two Rivers Vets 10 stars, I would! All the staff, from vets to nurses to reception staff, are utterly wonderful. We only moved to the Borders in April 2025 but since then, Two Rivers took exceptional care of Katy, our 15-year-old border terrier. I love the fact they are independent, and their fees are very fair and reasonable. When the time came to say goodbye to Katy in Sept, vet Abigail helped and supported Katy and us with such love and tenderness. She gave us the time we needed to say a peaceful, dignified goodbye to our precious girl. The management and reception staff have been so kind and helpful since then, dealing with our insurance company, taking a weight off our minds at this sad time. I can't recommend Two Rivers Vets highly enough!

I was on holiday and my dogs had a few ticks attached to them after a hike. I went in off the hoof for some advice. The practice staff were lovely and only charged me for the tool itself. They gave me tons of useful information and made me feel much more relaxed! Thank you!
