What a lovely nurse Daisy and I saw for her wellness check! She had a fabulous manner and put Daisy at ease who is skittish at the best of times. Hope to see her again.

Appointment was on time. Friendly professional vet who listened and happy to discuss any concerns I had. Had a gentle approach to my dog who was anxious on arrival. Very thorough and gave good advice for how to maintain my dog’s wellbeing. Over all positive experience.

They play on your emotions to the businesses financial advantage, £250 for end of life for a Cat. Euthanasia in Switzerland is better vale for money. Never trust a Vet.

I took the family pet dog to the vets for her 6 monthly health check. The surgery is well kept and always clean and tidy. The reception staff are welcoming. The examination was very good, with the Veterinary nurse taking on everything that I explained about the dog and her normal self. A thorough examination followed and it felt like the nurse actually cared and it wasn't just a tick box exercise. I'm very pleased with the professionalism and polite service provided. I would recommend this surgery for anyone who needs pet treatment.

Rudest staff I have ever had the displeasure of paying for assistance. Passive aggresive attitude, swearing and THREATENING to report people for their animal getting sick, all life gets sick and when we came to you for help we did not expect that DISGUSTING insinuation/accusation that it was misstreated, we love our pets like family. Disclaimer: The pets owner was a family member not me

Very nice practise . Vet that saw my hamster was very helpful and polite about the situation I was in I was happy with how much he helped although he wasn't a exotic pet vet . The lady behind the desk was very sweet tool the time to talk to me and my partner as we waited . The waiting area was a little bit of a sad sight though I am a dog owner myself but it smelt very bad and the floor was dirty . The seating area was a bit cramped and some of the items on the shelf was out of date . All in all I was happy with the service provided and glad there is a vet surgery close to home, I am a little disappointed that I was charged so much for a dribble of diluted antibiotics to last 7 that the vet done for me and my bill came to £89 for my consultation that took the max of 8 minutes hense only four stars
