Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable reception team who are fantastic on the telephone and in person. Roxy has had professional love and care from vets and nursing team alike, she was always met with so much compassion during and after a spaying operation and yesterday equally for a separate reason. She goes into the practice with an excited wag of her tail, that tells a huge positive story from the patient herself. Highly recommended to anyone where to take their beloved pet. Well done to you all.

I took my dog into Chapel vets as she had a sore eye £93 later I was shocked at this fee for what was only a 5 min consult and eye drops…. Shocking

Excellent Vet consultation today with my cat. I felt that nothing was too much trouble and every question/query was answered and explained. As usual excellent receptionist again nothing was too much trouble. I can thoroughly recommend this practice for both expertise and approachability. Thank you

Went in to report a lost pet and the receptionist were incredible! So kind, considerate and calm. I knew if my pet was brought in, I would be contacted immediately and she would be in good hands. The building is very accessible and easy to find.
