Today my daughter was informed her prescription was ready when arrived it was all wrong causing her distress. Jackie dealt with this and reassured it would be okay. Later today I was going to be passing the vets so I asked my daughter just to see if it was ready not to create issues. She spoke with the lovely Louise who went to speak with Jo the pharmacist who acted unprofessional and rudley to Louise saying it wasn't done only received today and having a go loud enough to be heard over the phone let alone if there were patients waiting. This does not set a good president nor friendly atmosphere for the lovely receptionists and clients of the beechhouse vetenary clinic nor does it promote the valued customer. t This is a vet error not my daughters and she only wanted a yes or no as her dog requires these meds to live. Was told be today or Monday it was only because I was in that area we thought we would ask this is not the first time Jo has responded like this nor do I doubt it will be the last. The receptionists are only doing their jobs and they are fabulous amazing and outstanding at it. It should be noted that not only should she not behave in this manner towards a simple yes its here no its not response question she should not be berating or talking like that to the receptionists. I love this surgery due to to the level of friendliness from Vets and Receptionists and the outstanding level of care for our 3 pets. I do not like to know nor hear the way she feels it's okay to speak like that to people not only that the glass pain window that is there should be closed unless a medication is being handed out it is a security risk as the medication is behind or in this case accessible as if it was a door.

After 15 years with our beautiful family dog Hollie , we had to make the most heart breaking decision to let her go. I cannot put into words how grateful we are for the kindness, compassion, and professionalism shown to me and my husband by the staff at Beech House. At such a painful time, nothing was too much trouble. You gently explained everything, made sure we were truly ready, and gave us the time and space we needed to hold Hollie close and say our final goodbyes. Your care and understanding meant more to us than you will ever know. Thank you for treating Hollie and us with such love and dignity. The card and little keepsake of her fur was lovely touch. Thank you

I have a very nervous little lab around people. The previous occasion he barked once and the vet muzzled him, so I was very nervous of this visit as I didn’t want him to end up being scared of going. The vet today was a different lady and was amazing with him, took her time checked his teeth, weight, heart and give him his injection all with him wagging his tail and giving plenty of licks. I will definitely be asking for the same vet again

I recently took my dog in for his castration and was really impressed with the level of care from start to finish. The team were friendly, knowledgeable, and made both of us feel completely at ease. I was updated by the vet nurse shortly after his surgery and the aftercare advice was clear and helpful. His wound looked great straight away and healed so quickly with no signs of pain or discomfort at all. Thank you to everyone at the practice for taking such good care of my boy!

Excellent service - as always. Took my cat for her vaccinations and the staff couldn’t have been kinder, one person even went to the trouble to find a blanket to cover my cat carrier as my cat gets stressed at anything out of the ordinary. The vet was thorough, competent and friendly and even offered to help me carry the cat carrier. Service here is ‘above and beyond! Thank you.
