What an amazing vets … we’ve had a few problems with two of our dogs over the last few months and always receive a friendly welcome from the receptionists. The nurses are friendly and very understanding and helpful. Jason who’s the vet that’s been looking after our precious girls has been amazing and so helpful and understanding. I’d definitely recommend Bicester Vets. Well done Jason and the team … ure all doing an amazing job .. thank you so much.

I cant thank the staff at bicester vets enough. Especially Jason. He is absolutely amazing. He has operated on both of my rottys, and he certainly knows his stuff. I have been with the vets for years now, and would never take my dogs to any other vets! All the staff are so caring and compassionate. Thank you guys for giving us such a beautiful friendly environment to bring our babies too. Jason is just the best! A massive thank you .

We have lost of beloved bullmastiff Benji two weeks ago … the worst what happened so suddenly. Had such a lovely and supportive Vet on a day, so helpful and caring. Receptionist did not stay aside and was helping with Benji. On a day of ashes collection I had a very warm approach of the receptionist who was brilliant with me and so supportive during this hard moment! Ashes were beautifully presented! A massive thank you for this 💕 When I returned home that day, i found a wonderful card from Bicester Vets Team with a sweet message inside. Thank you all again for being there for us during this difficult and sad time 🙏♥️

I'd like to say thankyou for the care you gave to our dog, Treble, a couple of weeks ago. She became very unwell very quickly and spent nearly a week with you on a drip and undergoing many tests including a CT scan. Luckily virtually all the tests were negative and it was decided she had a very bad case of gastroenteritis. At all times, we were kept informed and had at least 2 phone calls a day to keep us up to date. All the vets and nurses were so kind and professional, I'd especially like to mention Cliff and Katie who both remembered us from 2 years ago when we sadly lost our 4 year old cockapoo to cancer. Happy to say Treble is now back to her normal, crazy self!

Just had to take my dog in after hours due to bleeding nail, vet (and cleaners) were lovely and so nice and calm. Vet communicated everything to us clearly while I was a little anxious waiting and they fix my best friends paw in no time! Always had nothing but amazing customer care on previous visits from Bicester Vets, could not recommend more!

I attended Bicester vets for the 1st time in January for a routine visit and the experience was fantastic. Welcoming and friendly from the initial phone call to register to leaving the practice on the day. Fantastic vets who I am very pleased are now my local practice. Highly recommend.

Bicester vets looked after our beautiful Labrador, Bertie for his whole life. They were attentive and caring at all times. We did not hesitate to register our new pup with them.

I can't thank you guys enough for all your help, especially with our senior cat Caramel who's had an array of health issues this year, with treatment and care we were able to have him with us for some more time. Most caring team❤️ a special thanks to Rachel who did all of his treatments and went above and beyond with care and compassion, to the vets who came in for emergency appointments at all ours in the night and to Katy who was so caring with us all in his final moments❤️❤️

Title: Bureaucracy prioritized over a dying animal’s life I am writing this review with a shattered heart to warn other pet owners about the staggering lack of compassion and professional ethics at this practice. Today, while traveling, my dog entered a critical emergency state. He has a known heart condition and began struggling for air due to fluid buildup in his lungs. Knowing every second counted, I called Bicester Vets—the nearest clinic to our location—to plead for emergency help. After being forced to wait on the line while my dog’s condition deteriorated, I was flatly refused. With a completely unbothered and calm tone, the staff member told me it would be "better" if I traveled an additional 15 minutes to my registered vet because I wasn’t on their books. Because of this delay and their refusal to provide basic emergency stabilization, my sweet boy passed away in my arms. I had to watch him gasp and scream for air because this establishment prioritized registration paperwork over the life of a suffering animal. If you value your pet’s life, be aware that this clinic chooses bureaucracy over medical duty. Their lack of urgency and empathy cost my dog his life, and my partner and I are left with a trauma that will never go away. A disgraceful excuse for a veterinary practice.
