From arrival to departure the vet and reception staff were excellent. They made both the patient (my dog) and I feel very relaxed. The diagnosis was discussed in a very clear manner, and without any fuss. The surroundings are very good, clean and more than fit for purpose. All in all a very positive experience, and excellent staff.
