  My dog has recently had a lump removed at Brighouse V4P and the care from the team who looked after him was lovely. My dog is my absolute life saver and he's been by my side through the worst part of my life so I was very worried about him having surgery at nearly 13 years old. His initial consultation was very reassuring and his op went well thanks to Caroline. His follow up appointments with Freya and Dayna were brilliant. They showed care and compassion towards both my dogs and included both of them by fussing, petting and making sure they were both well despite only one of them being "ill." The team made me feel confident that everything would be ok and were super patient when I asked many questions about what if this or that! Thank you also to Mia for helping me on the phone regarding insurance too.

  Excellent customer service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A huge thank you to Laura and Amy today who were both amazing. Laura is the epitome of calm, she was polite, friendly and professional despite being rushed off her feet. What a credit to your practice. Amy was wonderful with Nala, she had a really soothing manner. I’ve not seen Nala that calm at her appointments before. Amy also explained clearly and precisely to me what treatment Nala needed which was very much appreciated. Have a lovely weekend. Sarah and Nala 🐾

  Today my dog FANTA was spayed. Thanks to the staff my dog came out of the Vet like nothing happend. Thank you guys for taking care of my dog.👌 youre the best!!

  I've been taking my cat to vets4pets for 13 years and have used the Brighouse branch for much of that time. For context, my cat does not like going in the carrier, the car, being handled etc and has been very feisty in the past on annual vet trips however over the last few years the vets have been so good with her and she is a lot calmer during her annual checkup. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful. They try to be as accommodating as possible when booking in. The vets are very informative, explaining well my pets health and any potential concerns. Highly recommend, have only ever had good experiences.

  I have never written a bad review and I am sorry but I feel so angry and distressed, absolutely disgusted with the lack treatment of my elderly cat and incorrect diagnosis 😢How could you have missed her poorly mouth despite a consultation for this , dismissing her symptoms as old age. I’m so glad a took her elsewhere for a second opinion however I knew my old lady and had the sense to believe in my gut ! I feel so upset 😭 she’s had to suffer when it wasn’t necessary. I love my fur babies and would never ever want them to suffer Shame on you to the vet I saw. Thank you to the lovely reception team they are lovely and kind

  Went to Vets for Pets Brighouse today. Bobby our new Westie puppy had his second injection. Vets were first class, would recommend them

  I have a rescue Airedale who is very nervous Caroline the vet is very good with her ,she is so patient and caring. Caroline also explains everything in detail and never rushes you, I would highly recommend her .

  First time visit for me the owner but a few times for Nala (recently adopted). Staff lovely, service excellent and easy to get to. Thanks, I wont be changing to nearer to my home, happy to travel extra few miles.
