  Very poor experience with Vets4Pets. We were charged £52 for ear drops that are available online for around £15, which is completely unreasonable. When we questioned this, no proper explanation was given. More importantly, the vet failed to prescribe the correct combination of treatment (steroids and ear drops) for our dog’s ear infection, instead telling my partner to choose between the two. As a result, our dog has now been suffering for over a month due to incomplete treatment. We are now being told we must pay for another appointment to receive medication that should have been prescribed correctly in the first place. Reception staff were also rude and unhelpful when collecting medication. Overall, very disappointing service, poor care, and excessive pricing. We will be going elsewhere and taking this further.

  This has been my dogs vets from day dot and although its just annual injections the staff were great. Firstly massive help in moving my appointment on as I had car issues and wouldn't of made the first appointment. Secondly there all nice friendly people. And thirdly the vets great and baz loves him :)

  Another case of the usual abysmal service, and, this time, I’m told my dog can’t receive the repeat medication he’s had several times without another appointment and assessment. This cost £180+ last time only three and a half months ago. I then call Stockton Vets4Pets and they’re helping him immediately with everything ready for Monday… this is how it should be done. I do miss living back at home - Stockton are outstanding.

  Right, where do we begin. Okay our puppy Dushka had to undergo two operations on her both back legs (correction surgery for patella luxation - for both of here hinds) we wanted to express a very special thanks to James (the vet who has completed both surgeries) James is extremely professional and knowledgeable. We also wanted to express Thank You to all the staff that helped us out and have been very accommodating. Dushka now has made a full recovery and is carrying on being a very happy doggo !
