I honestly cannot recommend this Practice enough. Unfortunately, I’ve had to use their services far more than I would’ve liked with a very accident prone cat. When we’ve had emergencies, they couldn’t do enough to get him seen quickly and the best and most thorough care has been given to him. On the other side for the routine bits for all of my animals they are fantastic and always make my animals and myself feel at ease. I’m a bit of a hypochondriac and forever calling them to ask questions and they are always polite and patient with me. I also did a basic pet first aid course with them which was absolutely Fab and really Taught me a lot and made me feel a lot less afraid should I need to put it into Practice. Thank you, Vets4pets Imperial Park you really are the best and I really appreciate every one of your staff.

Not an ideal visit for a couple of reasosn that weren't anyone's fault, but the reception team were lovely under very difficult circumstances beyond their control. Must be a very hard job but they were charming. The vet we saw was also absolutely lovely and very good with our furry boys. The waiting area isnt great but that is more a limitation of the location than anyone's fault.

A huge thank you to Ana and the other members of staff who stayed late tonight looking after my darling Doja. I was so impressed by the care and love they showed her and I felt that she was in the best possible hands. It has been a really scary few days but they took the time to answer all my questions and I couldn't have asked for better for my baby. Thank you all!!!

We are registered with Vets4Pets at a branch in London. We contacted this location to request a new prescription of travel sickness medication for our dog. We were informed that because he hadn't been to this site he would need a consultation with the vet (cost £52) because notes are not shared between sites. This consultation was a 3 minute conversation in which the vet didn't touch the dog. We were then given the incorrect amount of medication at a price inflated to over twice that from an online pharmacy. Total cost £30 per journey for the medication plus £52 to be told 'he looks well'. The staff are perfectly pleasant but the setup of the business is nakedly exploitative and horrible value for money. There is no benefit to being registered with a national chain and significant cost.

Took my nervous cat Walter this morning for a nail trim and check up, as always this practice is so good with challenging cats, my boy was a stray and a rescue cat so gets very anxious about going to the vets. We saw Ana and she is so patient with him, I could see him relax, she is so gentle and sweet with him. My animals are my absolute world and its lovely to see vets that you trust.

Knowledge is king. Unfortunately as a new pet owner used this company for my cockapoo to be spayed. Unfortunately the procedure couldn’t happen as her teats were swollen. BUT instead of calling me to pick up my dog and come back in 2wks or so they decided to do hormone test which the dog didn’t like so the sedated her without consulting us. My dog was so scared from the ordeal that she was sick and had diarrhoea. They said it was from the sedation. When I collected my dog 8hrs later she was covered in her own poo and sick it was disgustingly. They then tried to charge me £400 for having nothing done.. £200 for sedation that I didn’t agree with hormone tablets to dry her milk and special food to calm her stomach. I have never experienced such awful care. My personal opinion it was all about trying to make as much money as possible. I have only covered the basics of the ordeal I could go on more. My advise is to find a independent caring vet that are not part of money targets to meet

Vets for pets imperial have been the most fantastic support for us since we decided to bring our Wezley into our family last year. Wezley is our first ever dog and the whole team at vets for pets have been so amazing from the beginning. we started our relationship with a puppy pet plan and since then there has been quite a few visits for different reasons and every time the service we received has been just fantastic. The whole team are super friendly the receptionists are so welcoming and there communication really is fantastic. As for the nurses and vets they all know our Wezley well now and always make the examination process so smooth and easy, they allow Wezley to give them cuddles straight away as he is a very affectionate breed before having to administer or examine him. (They give him yummy treats too for being good boy) They always recommend really useful tips too. There form of communication really is great they use WhatsApp now which I find really useful. I would highly recommend them and actual feel really lucky to be a part of the vets for pets imperial community. Thank you for everything you do for us we our truly grateful!
