If you have a small animal , I would not recommend Charnwood. I felt the vets had little interest in or knowledge of guinea pig conditions. I felt I was an inconvenience and that they were busy with other animals and I would just be fitted in. Before I went for a second opinion I had spent nearly £300. The information and diagnosis turned out to be inaccurate. This led to a delay in appropriate treatment, and would have added to my guineas suffering. Do your research. There is a vet in Lockerbie Ark who has a special interest in small animals. She treated my girl with kindness and compassion.

outstanding practice, with staff who genuinely love what they do, and showed exceptional care for our much adored cat'poppy' if you truly love your pet, then this is the place to take them, I have complete confidence and faith knowing my furry friend is in safe hands, even our bull was considerably less than we expected, they actually put care ahead of costs, thank you for an outstanding service
