We make sure to prioritize your pet’s health and wellbeing above everything else that we do. Our team of veterinarians, under the leadership of Director Mr Toby Travis, BVSc MRCVS, have years of experience and knowledge that they use to provide the best care for your pet. Our dedicated Veterinary Surgeons are Mr Paul Ensor, Dr Cathryn Coleman, Dr Hannah Prestwood and Mrs Amy Barber, BVSc MRCVS, who work hard to ensure that your pet receives the best medical attention and care.
We also have a team of experienced Veterinary Nurses, with Mrs Lowri Robinson, RVN as our Head Nurse. Lowri is always available to answer any questions that you might have before, during, or after your visit. The team comprises of Miss Laura Bryan, Miss Chelsea Charalambous and Mrs Emily Herbert who are enthusiastic, caring and compassionate about the welfare of all the animals that we see.
At our practice we provide care for a wide range of species, including cats, dogs, and small mammals. We make sure to provide the best medical support for your pets, no matter the species.
Our practice is open Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm. We are sorry but please note we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Individuals can access our services by making an appointment by phone call or by filling in the appointment form available on our website.

I love visiting the charity shop on site. The staff are so friendly, with interesting stock, especially if you need a pet bed. Parking is easy too.

I have had several dogs from these guys. Always super helpful and understanding. Took a load of food and bits back in today as my last dog recently passed away. They were so understanding and even remember the big lad! Thank you all

Visited the shelter this afternoon for a tour of the facilities as we are looking to rehome a rescue dog. Very much a one stop shop with daycare, grooming & on site vets. Staff very friendly & knowledgeable. Good charity shop & coffee van too. Hopefully won't be too long before we find a match. *Update* No sooner had I posted the review, I received an email from CAS with details of a dog that had only arrived that same day. He was a little older than the parameters we had set in applications online, but, having met us, the handlers said they thought he would be a perfect match for us. We immediately booked a one to one with Charlie, The Cockapoo, for the Friday, fell in love with him on the spot, & placed a deposit on him. Couldn't have wished for a better dog! Wonderful organisation that does great work for local animals. We adopted two kittens before the pandemic and they have been living their best lives with us ever since. The staff are friendly and helpful, the vets excellent and the charity shop well worth visiting.

Did an IMDT dog training course here over a week with some of their dogs. The dedication, professionalism of the staff is astounding, vets onsite, training and enrichment of the animals is fantastic. Fell in love with Jasper the loving, fun boy. Bruce the Great Dane Mally cross, Taz the gorgeous older staffie. Kato & Poppy the bonded husky cross & Ambull need their forever home together. Looking for your forever companion this is the place to go!!

Lovely place, lovely people. A little tricky to get to down a narrow lane off a suburban street but worth the small effort to get there. The whole place is clean and tidy and well laid out, inside and out. Everyone I dealt with was efficient, friendly and obviously into what the place was ask about. The ‘charity’ shop in a portacabin in the car park is well stocked with the usual stuff and worth a visit.
