I would like to thank the staff at Dragon vet. To cut a long story short, it was time for my cat to say goodbye forever, some how she found a way to leave the house, some how she was found by the wonderful staff at the leisure centre and taken to Dragon vets. I wasn't there and it all happened very quickly but my partner had to make the hard decision to let her go because it was the right thing to do and the vet was frantic abt it. They organised her cremation on the spot and were amazing. When I went to pick her ashes today the lady showed a lot of respect with the box and I really appreciated that. Couldn't help but to fall appart and cry in front of her. Thank you for your care.

Absolutely incredible, wish I could give more stars! Not only did they save my dogs life, the whole team were wonderful. My dog was lucky enough to be chosen for a special grant which paid for half of her life saving surgery and after care. My gorgeous young collie would not be alive if it weren’t for the amazing vets and vet nurses at dragon vets. I’ll be forever grateful!

Updated Review: I visited this clinic again today and was very pleased with the experience. The lovely lady who gave my puppy his vaccine was gentle, patient, and highly professional. She handled my Labrador with great care and made the visit reassuring for both of us. My first visit had been disappointing — the male nurse hasn’t been able to give the worming tablet and accidentally cut a nail too deeply, causing bleeding and distress. Today’s visit, however, restored my confidence in the clinic thanks to the excellent care and compassion shown by the staff member who helped us. I truly appreciate her professionalism and hope this standard continues.

Took our bunny here with suspected early stasis and vet Rosie and everybody else were so lovely and reassuring. They checked her thoroughly and were so kind and helpful, will definitely take Bailey (pictured) here again if needs be. Thank you.

Came here with my dog who was struggling with her balance and walking. Our Dog was extremely anxious and the vet came outside to introduce herself to try make the dog feel more comfortable, which worked. Unfortunately didn't get the vets name. But she was really good with our dog and friendly. She was upfront about the costs and diagnosed her with a few tests. Turned out to be vertigo attack. Everything she said seemed to have been correct. Our dog is slowly on the mend. Very happy with service.
