We have been with Vets4Pets for about 6 years. Just before Christmas our 20 year old cat showed a big decline in her health and we took the difficult decision to put her to sleep. We rang the vets to ask if they could do a home visit. They were not able to as they had a full day of surgery so we arranged an appt for later that day. However, the situation changed and they were able to come to us. The lovely vet and Amy , her assistant, were so kind, gentle and so patient with our beloved cat and us. What was a very upsetting and sad afternoon was bearable because of their kindness. They are a credit to the profession and we sincerely thank you both for your kindness.

Very helpful and kind staff that helped when my dog was ill. Made a big fuss of him and gave me peace of mind.

As quickly as what I transferred my pets to this branch, is as quickly as what I transferred them away. Definitely a company who is more interested in making money out of their clients than retaining them. Prejudice against clients who don’t buy their medication from them but ask for written prescriptions. Senior staff’s attitude beggars belief…Only good thing is a very friendly receptionist and good opening hours, but apart from that I can’t say my experience with this practice was good at all. Not recommended one bit

All the staff were most welcoming. During the day they kept me informed throughout the day. Also helped me out to the car carrying my dogs down the stairs as the had both been neutered. I would like to say Thank you, for the care, time, and the patience. As together the two can me a handful lol 😆
