Easter Monday our dog needed emergency care. Our dog was see by Jess, who was amazing! Jess took the time to ensure our dog was comfortable with her due to her anxiety. Everything for the moment I called in the morning, to picking her up was to such a high standard. Every step was explained and although it was a scary time for us, we felt at ease knowing she was in the care of Jess & the team.

What a wonderful team of people, who care for our little animals like they are their own. We are so grateful for what they do and more so the care they’ve given our little pooch. Thank you again for being such amazing people

Martina and her team were fantastic and so caring for our cat Wilber who we had to say goodbye to. Martina explained everything that was going to happen and left us alone to say goodbye. We collected her ashes a few days later in a beautiful wooden casket. They had very kindly made some prints of her paws and a lock of her fur. We also received a sympathy card in the post with all of the teams handwritten names. Very considerate and thoughtful. Thank you.

Absolutely brilliant vets, we have been with them for 4+ years and they always handle our dogs with love and genuine care. We recently brought our dog Molly in as an emergency after she was hit by a car and the receptionists and Mikaela the vet were so compassionate and helpful as me and my husband were in shock and panicking. Molly was seen within minutes of us getting there and was checked over thoroughly and thankfully she was absolutely fine apart from some minor bruising and a sore belly. Our other dog Oscar is always given the same love and care from the staff and vets when we have brought him in. It's so wonderful to have vets that genuinely care about all the animals they see and will do there absolute best for them.

We were on holiday in cirencester and needed to see vet as our sprocker dog was suffering with ear problems and kept her awake at night itching and as we are members of vets for pets where we live they had no problems with sending over details to this vets and the very was extremely helpful and friendly. Really handy having the vets above the pets at home shop.
