I have had to take my elderly cat for several appointments at the Carrickfergus and Ballyclare branches after he required an operation. The staff are highly professional, but also very kind. I have always felt they have got the balance right between what is medically possible and what is in the best interests of my cat.

Big big thank you to Clare Vets...Emma and sorry did not get your name yesterday. Unbelievable decision yesterday to have to put our wee Jack to sleep yesterday but big thank you to you all the reception staff were superb at a very difficult time... Emma (vet) what can I say your care and empathy to wee Jack always at the end of the phone for us the last few days of his life. Xxx Thank you so much to you all. We never ever felt like a number.

A great experience from start to finish. Took my Jack Russell along for a check up and to discuss medication. No need for tablets despite being on them for a year with a previous vet. All staff members were so friendly, polite and helpful. Really clean premises, super waiting room and good parking. Lexie even got a dog treat as we were leaving. Thank you. Excellent professional service.

I took my chocolate lab pup to Clare vet recently for his first injection/assessment. The reception staff were so excited to greet him and made a real fuss over him - which he gravely enjoyed. The vet was professional and thorough in his examination and injection of Lindt and gave excellent advice to a pup owner. I think the pup will have no fears about returning for his follow up treatment in 4 weeks :)

I cannot sing their praises enough. Our little dog had a suspicious lump. Antibiotics and steroids seemed to do the trick then a few days after the steroids were stopped the mass was back with a vengeance literally overnight alongside another on the other side. We phoned our usual vet, clares vets cavehill, we had an appointment in Whiteabbey same day which was a saturday and she was booked in for surgery the coming Thursday. We were offered transport on the day which was amazing, but ultimately we wanted to bring her in and pick her up again ourselves. She received a 5 star service again, we had a very thorough update by phone from the surgeon as soon as she was out if theatre and we are now awaiting pathology grading results with fingers and toes crossed we finally get some good news that borders were clear and its low grade and we can breathe. The after care follow up plan they have put in place is fantastic and we feel like she could not have been in any better hands throughout all of this. No matter the coming results outcome we are certain they've done their absolute best for her and we are eternally grateful for the clares team. Much love and thanks to them all from Pipers family ❤️

The best vet clinic I’ve ever been to. Everyone is so welcoming and very helpful. Nothing is ever too much for any of the staff. I’ve taken my cats and dogs to Clare Vet Group for many years, through the good times and the bad, and have always been treated with kindness. Lovely caring people who genuinely love animals. Thanks especially to Naomi, Diane, Andy, Martin and Keith for your care of my babies over the years and also a big thanks to Paula, Colleen, Anne, Janice and Niamh for making all those appointments and giving me a shoulder to cry on when needed. Clare Vet Group is the best!

Friendly staff. We were very well received at the reception, although we did not have an appointment, they served us. Doctors, thank you very much ❤️ there was a result after the first pill. I highly recommend. The photo in the car is from his last visit to the clinic 😁😂
