I would highly recommend Glenburn glengormley practice. All staff are professional kind and caring. Always able to get immediate appointments. I have had to put 2 of my cats to sleep and the care and attention made an awful time much easier.

Excellent experience on multiple occasions with the Glengormley branch. Especially Andrew and the nurses. Not only phenomenal care given, but Andrew’s personal follow ups and manner is particularly appreciated.

Like all urgent calls to the vets with your loved pet sometimes its very dramatic experience that will pull on the heart strings with cost over the love of your pet At glenburn I promise you will be kept totally updated and given good advice and options the staff are very experienced and will talk you through the possibilities and accurately give u costs The vets themselves are very experienced and you can be assured of quality first class care and after care

I took my dog here, after 3 visits and at least 3 different diagnosis and almost £1500 she was worse. It went from stomach problems, calcified bones ( that they said needed an £8000 MRI and a £10000 operation ) to kidney disease and other diseases I didn't understand. I left her in one morning shaking in agony, they took bloods, had her on a drip then phoned asking permission to do an ultrasound scan as she had high red blood cells and it could be kidney disease... turns out all greyhounds have high red blood cells counts that is exaggerated by stress ( she was at the vets on her own ) and dehydration ( she was panting all day ). I said no, they said ok your bill so far is £300, I said I'd call and collect her but when I got there the bill was now £530, when I asked why they said she needed another drip as she was very stressed and dehydrated... after being told by the receptionist how good she had been and getting plenty of rest. After all this took her to glengormley vets who told me she has age related bone issues in her neck that needs nothing more than pain relief, which was half the price of them than glenburn, and she's been fine ever since... Places like this should be closed, it's no wonder the government are trying to intervene and investigative documentaries are being made about their shady practices.

Dog emergency on a Saturday, my usual vets closed, so found Glenburn. As a result I have made them our new vet... Everything about the care and service was outstanding. Excellent receptionist (you can't say that very often!) and staff. Thank you. Can't recommend more strongly.

Registered my cat here. The care has always been good and I've always gotten an appointment when I needed one. Those on Reception are really friendly and always love to see my cat. The vets themselves are very caring and knowledgeable but firm with a scared and hyperactive marmalade cat.

Excellent practice, recommended by a friend, large reception area, Excellent staff, made to feel at ease right away, more so for my pet, his first visit and first ever examination, he's a large GSD, and the time they took to assess him and make his first visit as stress free as possible . I was more nervous than Barkley, no need to worry, very impressed from start to finish. His vets for life. Highly recommended.
