The receptionist was incredibly welcoming both on the phone and in person, creating a warm impression. The vet was impressively efficient and had a soothing demeanor with both dogs, which really put everyone at ease. The dogs received their boosters, kennel cough, along with flea and worm treatment to be taken at home, all completed smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised to realize I was on Pet Health Plan, doh. so there were no charges—I really appreciated that. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Lovely practice. I have a very old Staffy -Bailey the vet Emily has managed to stop him regurgitating his food (which he has done for years). Reception staff are always so helpful and the nurses who give Bailey his monthly jabs always make time for a cuddle. Considering I panic whenever he has an illness they don’t make me feel like a nutter.

Full confidence. My grandma's used these vets for years, now they're in town it's far easier. My girl got a cancerous lump removed and they offered more tests, plenty of information, assurance, and my girl was fine being walked through by the vet alone. The op was a success, she didn't have anxiety going back, wonderful people. Plus a little dog behind the desk doing cute tricks

I can't recommend Clevedale vets enough. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. Each time I visit for Orion or Jett I am put at ease and offered a quiet waiting space for my cats. Thank you especially to our lovely vet Emily for taking the time to answer my questions and to explain everything and for the kindness she shows not only to our pets but to us too. The staff here (like vet nurse Becks and Kate) make this place somewhere I am confident to bring my beloved pets. I only recently joined this practice and I so glad I have.
