Wilton house veterinary is a great place my salty Lakeland terrier is a big big handful but the vets handle him so great .staff on reception are friendly know my dog well Big thank you all ❤️❤️

All staff are very friendly and patient. Julius is generally nervous and cautious around people he doesn't know but felt so at ease here, that he even let the vet pick him up. Reception staff are fantastic too, they understand the current financial strain people are going through and want to actually help.

Been going to these for some years now and the surgery has changed over the years it use to be a good place and animals interest at heart I feel now it’s more about the most expensive tablet they can charge you for

Chester due Kennel Cough, great visit as usual. Tracy on reception was really helpful and offers good advice, never had an issue apart from the woman that sneakily jumped the queue tonight 😆. Lovely customers and their dogs there tonight so good company while waited ❤️🐾

Whilst walking my nephews miniature dachshund today she ate a chocolate button which someone had carelessly dropped on the pavement. Chocolate is toxic to dogs. A phone call and urgent visit to Wilton vets together with treatment (a vomiting inducing injection) someone’s carelessness has caused a little dog unnecessary suffering and me a lot of tears and heartache 😔 Thank you for your help and excellent treatment; Sacha is doing ok.

Unfortunately I had to visit Wilton house vets with my dog Geordie. On entering the building I was greated by a pleasant receptionist and the area was spotlessly clean. When we went through to the examination room the female clinician was very smart and very professional but friendly at the same time she treated my dog with the utmost care and explained to me exactly what she was doing and why. We all expect vets to be expensive, bu I felt the bill including the prescription Was well within my expectations . Overall my experience was very pleasant as I left feeling assured they will do right by my well loved member of our family.
