Very caring veterinary practice and able to accommodate appointments where needed. Staff are friendly and are familiar with my dogs when I go for appointments.

Whitecross vets Redcar are always friendly, professional, caring from the moment you enter the vets till you are leaving . Always greeted with a friendly hello from the reception staff, and they get to know you and your pet. The nurses and vets are always professional and make sure you understand what the problem is and explain everything to you , always knowledgeable and very caring . We like to see Emma the vet or Louisa who were both amazing when one of fur babies was poorly, explained everything to us the diagnosis and we felt they really cared for him as they do to every pet that they see. Thank you all it means a lot

My dog has been with this veterinary practice for a couple of years now. Their healthcare plan offers excellent value for money. Staff are always friendly and attentive. My dog is happy to attend and has a good relationship with staff. I always feel listened and provided with right levels of information. Staff are patient answearing questions and appointements never feel rushed. The waiting room is specious and there is seperate waiting area for cats creating a calm experience for everyone. 5 stars from Shadow

Unfortunately today we had the hard decision to let my daughters dog Molly go. The staff were amazing, gentle, sympathetic and professional through the whole process of saying goodbye to Molly.. They were respectful and understanding of our feelings throughout. And we thank them for their kindness.

Fantastic staff and great aftercare. After a recent accident, our cat was run over, a brief call to the White Cross, and he was whisked in immediately. X-rays revealed amputation was needed. Very thorough explanation and procedure carried out by Dr. Louisa and the team. Cannot thank them enough and a highly recommended 5* On a side note, the experience was caught on camera via Adam (the cameraman) for a future episode of Vet on the Hill, a credit to the company, and a great guy. Much love, Ja Sarah and Lillie, and of course, Merlin, who is being pampered at home x
