Im shocked at how much it has cost for my cat to have a vaccination which will be monthly for the rest of his life. I was charged over £150 for a vaccination that can be bought for £50

Wonderful vets. We have been with them for years and we absolutely know they have our pets health and wellbeing at the forefront of their mind. Would 100% recommend.

I have been with WC for 11 years , I have found all the staff friendly and willing to show compassion in all situations. I particularly value seeing the same vet when iv had ongoing issues with my dog , consistency is paramount in my opinion. All the vets have been keen to listen and are both honest and show empathy in difficult times. I particularly like to see Rob when dealing with my dogs care he is trustworthy , very knowledgeable and kind natured. He sees the love people have for their pets and both values and respects this when offering all the best possible treatment options.My dog is classed as a senior now and the last treatment recommended by Rob has literally given her a new lease of life 😃 She is sleeping better ( as we are now ) eating regularly and has more energy. She has gone from a confused miserable lady back to her happy wet nosed , bright eyed girl . Thankyou Rob ❤️

I visited White Cross Vets yesterday to take my BSH Kitten Lily for her full Health check. She is just 16 weeks so needed her injections, worming, flea treatment and nails cut etc. I signed her up for the Life time Wellness Plan as I think it is good value and I don't have to worry about any payments for whatever treatments she may need in the future. The staff are lovely, very friendly and make sure you are happy with the service you had along with a bit of fuss to each animal. I bought a little toy for Lily as she was excellent while being treated and got so much fuss afterwards from all the staff... she definitely is a little diva now

It's a shame that the only time I need a vet is to have a pet put to sleep. That being said, they were very considerate and allowed all the time in the world to say goodbye to my best friend of 13 years. The service was delicate and quietly carried out without fuss and I will be forever grateful for their empathy. In memory of Oscar, friend, companion and consolar.
