My happy healthy dog came here for a simple castration, when I arrived to collect him he was left without his cone alone for however long laid in a pool of urine. He had developed a ear infection and an infection just above his tail after his procedure (might not be related), my poor dog spent 3 weeks in pain before he was taken to the Hartlepool surgery for a re op because of complications. Now his medication has been changed 3 times to stronger stuff and his pain will continue for atleast another week. That’s a month my poor boy has been in agony.. The staff are very polite and helpful throughout the whole experience, and I understand with him being a large dog some of these complications are common. I just wish I didn’t arrive to him being covered in his own urine and without his cone.

The staff at the clinics are all very friendly however prices do seem to be increasing if your not a pet plan and insured customer I’m sure this isn’t just related to this vets but it is disappointing to an otherwise great practice

All our dogs are registered here, and we luckily have never had issues yet. My fingers crossed for the future . Staff are always helpful, I must say, and the doctors and veterinary nurses are always nice, but they always seem to leave, so there is always a different vet. Most times . some of you might remember Peter piggle, and he was great. Overall, it is a very good vets practice.
