Words can't describe what they do for people and their loved pets. Expect to pay up to 10 times less then normal vets or private vet hospitals. They are not for profit and all prices are up front and not hidden costs. Even if you have to travel. The staff are all lovely too and the complex is large and morning and offers vets services, hospital treatment and over night stays all included in the original price.

Excellent service at the vets today on our first visit. The interior of the building is fantastic, fresh and new and highly suitable for purpose. Staff were all lovely. On the whole the building is accessible to wheelchairs, but it would be difficult if you were on your own. The ramp to the front door is quite steep and you cant access it from the bottom, as there is a kerb. You can easily get onto it from the 2 disabled parking bays, but this brings you on to the ramp from the side, which was a nightmare for my wheelchair, as I kept getting dragged down the ramp away from the doors. The doors aren't power assisted, so if you are in a self-propel chair, you are going to struggle. Coming out the lady on reception was very helpful with the doors etc. The mat on the outside of the threshold made it tricky getting out the building, as my chair got stuck and pulled the mat along. Overall, I was impressed by the facilities and the staff were lovely, a few minor changes and the building will be thoroughly accessible. So good to have a CIC vets in our area now. The kittens were treated for a case of conjunctivitis that was being a little stubborn.

What a fantastic practice! It’s spotless, well presented, and there’s loads of space in the waiting area for you and your furry friend. The reception team were warm and welcoming, and the vet we saw today was excellent — friendly, clear, and thorough, with an easy-to-understand explanation of the diagnosis and treatment plan. If you’re feeling underwhelmed by your current big-name, big-price vet, I’d definitely recommend giving Animal Trust Vets a try. 😺

What an amazing place, half the price of most vets, excellent service, 24 hr vet care and no consultation fee in working hours and only £79 emergency vet hours. I had to use emergency vets out of hours this weekend and it cost £302.50 consultation fee plus meds. The only charges here are treatment and tests at a much reduced cost. Their website shows a clear, transparent and caring service which is more accessible to more animals. My vet wanted £1100 for a cat toe removal while The Animal Trust's charge today is £519 this vets was recommended to me by another vet. They are an animal oriented large vets surgery that is staffed and open day and night, 7 days a week. AMAZING, THANK YOU xxx

Animal trust took our marble in a 3 year old XL bully and cared for him from the minute we got there , they were very good with him and looked after him straight away. They looked after him over night and operated straight away the Nexst morning. Marble is back at home and slowly recovering from his operation. I would like to phrase all the staff and vets for careing for our marble. Their prices are very good and staff very helpfull thankyou very much.

Just WOW. My little girl normally has a vet do a home visit but I simply couldn't afford their prices, I read about this place and thought id give them a try. I was beyond nervous for my girl who is reactive, scared and not used to a vets environment except when the rspca rescued her. The reception staff were incredibly lovely to my dog and myself!! The premises was layed out great, and immaculate. The vet was gentle, thorough, and simply perfect. But here is the cherry on the fabulous cake ....£28 . That's all I payed for a course of antibiotics, no consultation fee. No hidden costs to make up for the free consultation. My girl came away happy , not traumatised (like I was expecting) and im over the moon. 🐾🐾🐾
