Absolutely unacceptable experience. I booked an appointment for my dog’s travel certificate and called today to confirm, only to be told the appointment cannot take place because they “mixed up the date.” They claimed they tried to contact me, yet I never received any phone call, message, or email. When I asked which number they used, it was completely different from mine – very strange, especially since I’ve previously received reminders from them without issue. This mistake has ruined our Christmas plans, as our dog now cannot travel abroad with us. My son is devastated, and we are left extremely disappointed. The lack of professionalism and care is disgusting. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Lovely, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Fitted us in on the same day. Took a poorly ferret and he is very happy now. Very reasonably priced.

We have a large Vet nervous lurcher... the guys have been wonderful helping us getting him into the practice and his annual check up completed!
