Absolutely no love for pets in this place. I only ever see one vet, Leze, she is gorgeous and absolutely loves the animals. The place itself has gone downhill. They discuss people's accounts out in the open. They embarrassed us about forgetting my card in front of everyone. I've never not paid. My son tried to pay his bill, but the bank declined it as it was a large amount. He was getting stressed, 45 minutes on the phone to the bank as they wouldn't let him leave. He was mortified, he has autism and was upset. Then I needed my dog seen as he was literally crying in pain, yet they told me they couldn't get him seen although the day before they told me to call if he got any worse. Absolutely disgusting place this has turned into. I don't care what they say, it's all about the money. I told them I was leaving and she said, "OK, no problem," nothing to try to keep me. Well, they will lose four dogs now because of this as my family will move their dogs out. Awful place.

Took our Cockerpoo to the Stockton branch for a lap spay. Very nice practice, love the seating 'cubicles' ! Over pre op, op day, and 2 post op visits we met various members of staff, all lovely ladies, friendly and professional, putting us all at ease. Would definitely recommend this practice. Only sorry it's not close enough to be ou lr 'local'

29/01/2026Took my 14 yr old jack Russell here for her teeth CLEANED £600 they quoted... I got her back the same day with 0 teeth left and alot of blood. Also £750 it costed me compared to the original price. She couldn't walk due to the anaesthetic.. 2 days passed and I took her back for post op check up and they ring me to tell me she needs to be put to sleep because of infections, dehydration ect. Now I'm not a brain surgeon but something tells me if they hadn't have taken all her teeth out then she wouldn't have gotten the infections and wouldn't be dehydrated.. I wanted them CLEANING not PULLING... So now theyr asking for more money for her to be put to sleep absolutely ridiculous place. All about the money not our beloved pets!!

Back again for our annual vaccinations with Shola and Shearer, having had regular health checks/ weight checks throughout the year. Again everything was fantastic the reception and nursing staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. Saw a different vet today Josie who was fantastic. Josie gave us loads of information for the best health for our dogs, such thorough checks and administered our pets vaccination with kindness and care. We love being on the welfare plan and really couldn’t recommend this vets enough. Thank you so much. We took Shola and Shearer for their annual vaccinations and Graeme the vet was amazing. So kind and patient with our dogs and gave us lots of helpful information. We have been coming here for a year now and everyone we have met have been lovely. Couldn’t recommend them enough and the family plan is well worth it too. Thank you so much

I can't recommend this veterinary practice highly enough—it's the best one I've ever been to. It came highly recommended by friends who bring their pets here, and I’ve been more than happy to travel despite not living in the town. Every staff member is incredibly polite and friendly. The vets and nurses are not only highly knowledgeable but genuinely care about your pets, focusing on their well-being rather than pushing unnecessary costs like many other practices do. The waiting area is thoughtfully designed, with separate booths for each pet and owner. This was perfect for my dog, who gets nervous around other animals. They also have calming plug-ins throughout the reception area and even offer free calming wipes to ease pets' anxiety. I also took out their Total Wellness Plan for £23.50 per month. It includes flea and worming treatments, unlimited consultations, reduced-rate prescriptions, an annual health check (including bloods and a urine sample check) and also vaccinations. It's an absolute bargain, especially compared to my dog’s old vet, who charged £60.00 just for a consultation regardless of the issue! They also have PetsApp where you can book and check your appointments, send messages and get alerts for fleaing and worming. A special shout out to Lize and Joanne - you two have looked after us these past few weeks and I really appreciate all of your help. This practice goes above and beyond, and I would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional care for their pets.
