Great I’m all ways. Easy to get an appointment quickly, reception staff friendly & professional, waiting room normally quiet, everything nice and clean, Vets & nurses professional, friendly & helpful. Only downside is it costs a lot, but only the same as other vets! Just the financial side of owning a pet! All round I’d recommend them.

Took our dog in this afternoon as she has an irritable eye, wanted to check there wasn't anything in it. There wasn't, but we were charged £40 for eye drops which were for human consumption and cost £6 in a pharmacy. Dishonest profiteering!

I have been taking my two dogs to cliffe vets for a few years now and they have always been clear and transparent with treatment and costs.

We sought the help of the surgery for the first time recently when our dog was very poorly. We are relieved that both vets we consulted clearly had lots of experience and were also kind and patient with us and our dog. The proposed treatment plan and costs were explained to us throughout. All the staff made us feel welcomed and we would have no hesitation in recommending this practice.

We needed an emergency consultation for our cat. We were given a good explanation of the issues and treatment plan. The costs were fully explained, although they said it would depend on what was discovered during treatment. The whole process was handled sensitively and efficiently. I would happily recommend these vets
