Yet again the surgery is closed but there's no information on their website or their phone line that they are actually closed or as to why they're closed. I had to phone the Brighton branch who confirmed Peacehaven were closed today. This isn't the first time this has happened. It's a guessing game as to what they're actually doing here. And bearing in mind this is also the practice that turned a lost kitten out onto the street, I'll be registering my pets elsewhere.

Wonderful care from Jodie, Nurse, at Peacehaven New Priory yesterday. She cut out a nasty knot from my cat Lucy's neck and diagnosed a heart murmer in my cat Freddie, all while checking the Reception desk which was temporarily unmanned. She went above the call of duty. Well done and Thank you Jodie!

Wonderful caring vet (Irina? sorry if I have this wrong) who was so caring with my cat and took the time to explain about my cat's diet. The reception staff are lovely and friendly. Attractive, modern interior design too. Thank you for a great service.

I'd just like to thank the vets and staff for the excellent treatment my dog JoJo received this week, nothing was too much trouble. This is the second occasion you have just blown me away with your professional and caring attitude towards my dog. Thank you so much I just want to thank all the vets, nurses and all the staff at the hospital for the way they have looked after my greyhound Jojo this week. The care she has received has been out of this world and I'll never be able to thank you enough, I've been kept informed of treatment on a daily basis,regular calls and texts which mean so much when your at home worried sick. You are a credit to your profession so well done and thanks again for everything

I have been using New Priory vets at Peacehaven for 4 years now. I find all the staff from the vets to the nurses to reception staff to be helpful, friendly and very professional. I have never left without being totally happy and satisfied with the care my dogs have received. They provided a first aid course recently for pets which was fantastic. They also have a 24 hospital in Brighton which provides peace of mind. I cannot recommend them enough.
