My dog loves coming to Coastway vets, she heads straight for reception where she always gets a warm welcome and sometimes a little treat from the lovely staff. We have been coming to see our lovely vet Karen for many years, so knowledgeable, warm, friendly and wise, always a pleasure.

I’m very happy with Coastway in Lewes. All the vets and nurses have a great relationship with their patients and I have received good advice e.g. when my cat was being bullied. Vets are expensive but on various occasions Coastway staff have suggested ways of saving money. The appointments tend to be in the afternoon and it’s sometimes very difficult to exit the car park due to parked cars - not their fault I know.

All the employees at Coastway vets in Lewes are amazing especially Karen the vet. She is so caring but not only towards your pets but also the owners. She is down to earth, friendly and tells you exactly how it is with empathy and care. Karen goes above and beyond to help her patients. I live in Eastbourne but travel to Lewes because of Karen. I’ve never known such a great vet who has compassion and empathy for not only her patients but the owners also. I cannot recommend Karen and Coastway Vets highly enough. I wouldn’t go anywhere else they are fantastic.

We love going to this vet and seen Karen Scott and all the staff. As my partner says they are by your side at the best of times and the worst of times. Highly recommend.

Just the most loveliest vets in Lewes, I have worked in boarding kennels so have dealt with most in area over the years plus with my own previous pets but Coast Way just fantastic. Karen Scott is an amazing Vet, she is so down to Earth, Professional, Caring, compassionate…. Explains everything so well and as it is. Took on my French Bull dog ‘Dolly’ 3 years ago and have always dealt with Karen, it’s like going to see an old friend and as if she only saw Dolly a day ago and knows her well. Nothing is rushed and treats your pet like they were her own. The practice is crisp and clean and the receptionists will do anything for you with a cheery smile. Thank you Coast Way and Thank you Karen. Highly recommend (and do), Jo
