Coastway Veterinary Group is a trusted and reliable veterinary practice based in the heart of Lewes, East Sussex.

Led by Director Mr Paul Lawrence, a qualified BVetMed MRCVS, the team is dedicated to providing expert pet care to cats, dogs, and small mammals. Mr Lawrence is supported by Dr Fiona MacDonald, a VetMB BA MRCVS, who brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team.

In addition to our experienced veterinary surgeons, we have a team of compassionate and caring veterinary nurses. Head Nurse, Mrs Sarah Clemens, RVN, leads the nursing team in providing high-quality veterinary care to all of our patients.
