Nothing but positive experiences from a number of visits to crown house, staff are always incredibly helpful and friendly. Me and my dog are always very comfortable whenever we have to go and all of our problems have been massively helped with their advice and treatment. Very much appreciate the help!

I went in with my cat who wasn’t eating, after I booked an appointment online. Everyone I spoke to, receptionist /Vet etc were so helpful and patient . They explained what would happen and estimate prices (so I could decide the best option for us). I went in on Monday and the next day on Tuesday she had her operation. You can clearly tell they really care about the animals and are so efficient. Thanks so much for helping my cat get better.

Many Many thanks to Vet Nurse MyKala, the brilliant Vet Anna and the really caring girl on reception (sorry their name escaped me) who helped me tremendously get through the sad passing of my 15 yr old cat Sir Bags… aka Bagpuss…. You were all wonderful and whilst I’ll miss him terribly I was truly grateful in how you all handled today, not an easy thing to have to go through but you were all wonderful. Thank you xx

I had a really good experience here, I rang in the morning about my cat peeing blood and they squeezed me in at the end of the day. The reception girls were all really friendly and compassionate when I rang and arrived. The vet (Anna) was lovely she was very calming for both me and my boy. The main thing I am surprised about is the value compared to what I expected to pay. It was £105 for both medications and the consultation which I expected to be around £200-250. I’m really happy I went back here (I went a couple times when I first got this cat about 5 years ago - I lived close to there then) even if it’s a bit further from my new address it’s worth knowing you’re seeing people who genuinely care about your animals and don’t overcharge you just because they could.

My elderly, disabled parent had to have his 21-year old cat euthanised yesterday and I am shocked to hear today that he was charged £435 for the euthanasia and cremation! At no point was he clearly made aware of this cost prior to bringing the cat into the vets surgery. After speaking to other practices this morning I've found that the costs are much cheaper elsewhere and I feel that my father has been ripped off. Though the staff were polite, the communication around pricing was not clear and upfront. My parent felt vulnerable and overwhelmed and final bill was a painful surprise. I strongly urge this practice to improve their transparency around fees, especially when dealing with elderly or disabled clients to may struggle to question or process costs in the moment. Compassion isn't just about care - its also clear communication. Unfortunately, we didn't feel that here. It's no wonder the veterinary industry is under such scrutiny these days with fees like this! Do better!!!

Just great to be put at ease, which isn't easy when your pet is not well. Treated our pet like it was there own (loved that). Plenty of advice on our questions. Now back home with his sisters.

Staff always very friendly and ask how visit went and if everything OK. They talked to my dog and asked if they could give him a treat. Alway helpful and kind. I previously had 2 dogs that had to be put to sleep, they were so considerate.
