My dog became unwell suddenly, vets got her in for 11am, thorough examination, 2 injections and some fluids and home on medication.

My dog wasn't his self today at one point I thought he had a stroke i rang the staff at shaw vet's not expecting to get in at such short notice the staff there were superb just bring him down they said I took him down and ge was seen by gary the vet who put my mind at ease after checking him over doing his bloods and giving Buzz a full mot and administrative the medication he's a different dog tonight thank you Shaw vets for all your great help today 👍 X

I just wanted to voice my experience I received in the Shaw branch yesterday morning the vet we saw was amazing, my cat was extremely poorly and she still took the time to check absolutely everything when it was obvious what the outcome would be, the way she spoke to my cat was with such care and compassion, she spoke to him the way I spoke to him. In a situation where you have to say goodbye to your furry companion to have a vet be so kind, caring and just allowing time to grieve, not feeling rushed and taking extra care offering the receptionist to come in to process payment instead of waiting in a busy reception area surrounded by other pets, I honestly felt the vet helped every way she could and make the whole emotional experience bearable. I’d like you to pass on my sincere appreciation, she really was amazing
