Very poor service all round ,never saw the same vet twice in 6 years , was told we need to do some tests which cost a small fortune then was told further tests would be needed which i refused so decided to get a second opinion and was told no tests were needed spoke to the manager who apologised but the vet had since left? One reception staff member was rude and unprofessional as i complained appointments were not kept as i turned up with the vets being closed due to shortage of staff, never received a call to rebook had to call frequently the nottingham practice to get some update on appointments and medication very unprofessional .

Great. Receptionist was very helpful. The vet was reassuring, thorough and I saved money by signing up to the healthy pet club. Very happy.

Excellent vet - caring and experienced. Took the time to patiently check and evaluate my dog and discuss her issues with me.

Really great vets and helpful sensitive staff that obviously love animals. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
