I had an amazing experience at this practice. I am involved in animal rescue and use a number of vets. My 6 year old rescue dog is fearless aggressive (I was dreading my vet visit) but Jen the vet was so calming and encouraging. She needs to loose some weight and Jen talked me through it without trying to sell me expensive diet food which is the usual route . Really a first class experience .

We were referred here from our usual vets as our dog needed an echocardiogram. Everyone is so lovely! Our vet was so informative and understanding and she was so wonderful with our wee dog. Honestly I could not recommend enough. They treat you and your pet with compassion and respect. Thank you for everything.

Now moved away. Felt pressurised into accepting a very expensive medicine option without a full investigation. Always felt talked down too even though I am an experienced dog owner. Had to bite my tongue on many occasion when spoken to like a child. Never seen the same vet twice which is just not a nice experience. Luckily lots of good Vets elsewhere locally.

Had a great experience with our guineas at the vets getting a checkup. We got a last minute appointment and the vet was very thorough in checking up that the guineas were okay. Gave us peace of mind to get them seen.

Visited today for an emergency appointment for our pup that had some issues with her eye. This is a partner surgery with our usual surgery (Albavet) and they alternate Saturday service. We quickly got an appointment and the vet we seen was very professional and provided an excellent service and recommendations. We left with the required treatment promptly and were very happy with the whole process.
