They are supported by a caring and devoted team of veterinary nurses, led by Miss Denise Mayne (RVN). The team is skilled in various veterinary practices and works diligently to ensure the well-being of a wide range of species, including birds, cats, dogs, exotic animals, wild creatures, and small mammals.

The practice is conveniently open six days a week, from Monday to Saturday; with operating hours accommodating for busy schedules, the clinic is open on weekdays from 9:00 am until 7:00 pm, and on Saturdays from 9:00 am until 4:30 pm. Although the clinic remains closed on Sundays, the staff understands the importance of being available in times of need and will strive to meet clients’ requirements when emergencies arise.
