First time visit . 2 year old still loopy Rhodesian ridgeback for a recurring right ear infection. Staff loved and showed him plenty of affection. Did have a few issues trying to register. I’m 66 not too great with computers. A lovely lady called Donna actually registered me and Harley . So that was amazing service from the Animal trust . Very young vet . And can I just say that I’ve been to loads of vets with Harley and that’s the first time a vet has taken a sample of the gunge in his right ear for a swab and look see under the microscope on a slide . That young lady is an asset to the the charity. She actually wanted to see for herself what was going on in his ear . That’s a real vet . Back home now Harley’s back to normal now . Thanks to all the team at Animal trust and for seeing Harley at such short notice. 10/10 .

Absolutely fantastic vet. Had my young cat in and out for various reasons over the last few months and they have been nothing short of helpful, informative and supportive. Even if you see a different vet/nurse than you usually do, they're still extremely in the loop with any previous issues you've had with your pet. The vets and nurses clearly enjoy their job and have so much time and respect for your pet. Massive thanks to Gethin, Julia and Samantha for putting up with us so far, you guys are absolute assets to the team. I'm sure goose will miss yous when he decides to stop doing himself damage 😅❤️

We could not be more grateful for vet Calum and the rest of the amazing team. Our beautiful 5month old puppy was ran over by a jogger and broke her front leg. We were so upset this had happened, however the care provided by the team made us feel our wee girl was in the best hands. After a successful surgery, Freya is recovering and in good spirits, she even enjoyed visiting again for her post-op review. Pricing was fair and transparent. Overall best outcome we could have hoped for and we recommend them wholeheartedly 🤍

So, we decided to the take one of our Puglets in for dental work. We were attracted by the fair and transparent pricing in comparison to our previous vet surgery. The process was easy. We booked a consultation then booked him in for dental surgery. Our wee fella seemed in knowledgeable, safe and professional hands. The surgery went well despite mild complications and we were kept informed throughout. It was heartwarming to see how well our wee guy was treated during recover, as any pet owner knows how important it is for their wee ones to be in caring and compassionate hands. Our wee guy continues to improve through his recovery and we'll definitely be back for all our vet needs. Big thanks to all involved.

Really clean, good service, nice people. Good idea where you don't pay for the consultation but do pay for meds or tests, ours was £6 for cat painkiller. Highly recommend. Will bring kitten for microchip, £27.

I honestly couldn’t recommend The Animal Trust Glasgow Vet highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely amazing — so friendly, approachable, and helpful. Their not-for-profit ethos, ensuring animals can access the care they need, is truly incredible and something I’m so grateful exists. My 8 year old dog recently had a dental clean and extractions, and the care she received was outstanding. From the pre-op stage right through to the lovely phone call I received once her procedure was finished, the communication was fantastic. I was very worried about the anaesthetic, so the reassurance and updates meant the world to me. The compassion shown wasn’t just for my dog, but for me as well, and that really stood out. I’m absolutely over the moon to have found such a special place and haven’t stopped recommending them to every pet owner I know. Thank you so much to everyone at The Animal Trust Glasgow for everything you’ve done for my dog and for putting my mind at ease. Truly a wonderful, special place.

One word....Exceptional! A friendly & knowledgeable team of professionals that really do care for their "patients". The focus is purely on the care & wellbeing of the animals throughout rather than just profit based which seems to be how some veterinary practices operate these days, a sign of the times, sadly. I've already recommended them to a number of friends & would urge anyone reading this review to register their pet & do the same. An outstanding Veterinary Practice. Merry Christmas to all the Team & best wishes to one & all for 2026! From a very satisfied customer........& lots of love from "Little A"
