I took my two cats to the Vet Centre for their first appointment with the practice and met with the locum vet, Erin. She was brilliant - professional, knowledgeable and caring. My cats were at ease and comfortable, she explained everything thoroughly, talked through options and shared her advice. As a new member of the Pet Health Club, the appointment was covered as well as vaccinations. We will be back in four weeks for the next round. Highly recommend this vet practice, receptionists were friendly and helpful.

The staff at the Vetinary Centre are always pleasant and obviously have a love for the pets that they care for. This is our 2nd dog with the practice 17 years apart and the service is the same as it has always been.

Friendly, welcoming and professional. They know our pets names, often by sight and are careful and caring while attending to them. Reception staff are always helpful and it has always felt a good atmosphere.

I was seen by Mr Leslie Snadden, Veterinary Surgeon, and I honestly can’t praise him enough. From the moment we arrived, he was professional, welcoming, and very reassuring. He has a calm, traditional manner that immediately puts both you and your dog at ease. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and handled my dog with genuine care and confidence. The reception team were equally lovely and friendly, smiling, and welcoming — which made the whole experience feel calm and positive from start to finish.

My dog Luckie has been with this vet since he was 8 weeks old, and now he’s almost one. From his first vaccines to his neutering and now dealing with a long stretch of acid reflux, this practice has been there for us through every important stage. Whenever I was worried about Luckie’s condition, the receptionists always tried their best to get us the earliest appointment. The vets and nurses are all super kind, always smiling and taking time to explain everything clearly. This is my first dog, and honestly, I’m the kind of owner who worries a lot. During this whole reflux issue, I probably showed up or called way too many times, but every single vet I met was so patient and caring. You can even hear the smiles in their voices over the phone. The nurses are wonderful too, real people with warmth and personality (like the one who loves Sanrio!). Everyone here has been so gentle and kind to Luckie. He never shows fear going to the vet, which says a lot. I’m really grateful for this practice and everyone who works here. Highly recommend ❤️

My 2 year old Shih Tzu named Cookie needed her vaccines. The place is easy to get to by bus. The location is convenient and has a dog friendly restaurant a bar a few minutes walk away! The staff is welcoming and accommodating. The vets are knowledgeable and treated Cookie as if they loved her and her. Cookie was a bit nervous at first but they were so nice to her before anything happened, they won her trust and she didn’t even make a sound when she got jabbed. Honestly, this place is really great. And the prices are reasonable too. Thank you so much for you did! I recommend this place! PS. I still want all the toys they have in their for sale!!! The fox, the piglet, the frying pan with egg and bacon, the unicorn, the turtle, the puppychino , and the hotdog were my favourites lol
