We have had a very positive experience with this veterinary practice. Erin and Joanne were both beyond professional in their care of our 17 year old cat Sophie. Sadly we had to say goodbye to Sophie recently all the staff including reception staff that we dealt with could not have been more caring. We would recommend them all highly.

Amazing staff very accommodating and very loving and affectionate to any animal in their practice my dog is always happy to see the staff and loves the attention he receives..i have no anxiety taking my dog to the practice either which is a bonus..highly recommend.

We’ve been using Boyce & Houston vets for 2 years now and my miniature dachshund was due his annual vaccinations yesterday. Normally he enjoyed going to the vets but this visit he was quite anxious and stressed. The vet we seen ( sorry I didn’t get her name) was fantastic with him, took things at his pace and came up with different solutions on how to administer the medication needed which in turn reduced his discomfort. The reception team were lovely and very helpful. Would definitely recommend

Mr Houston, Joanne and team are absolutely fabulous vets, my pets have had 24years of Exceptional Veterinarian Care, dealing with very complex cases, osteosarcoma cancer, Addison's disease, to run of the mill yearly boosters etc, BOYCE AND HOUSTON VETS in CLYDEBANK, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND,YOU,!!!!

BOYCE & HOUSTON have been my vets practice for 30+ years and I would never go anywhere else. They are excellent with my Jack friendly kind and knowledgeable, reminders sent for health checks, vaccines etc if you need a vet then look no further highly recommend.

Very happy with the vet - she was so lovely & completely understood what the issue was & took the time to listen to me. The receptionist was also really lovely & helpful regarding my PHC plan. Very happy & impressed with the visit! Lila has been going to Boyce & Houston since we got her at 4 months old & never had any issues - she’s now 9 - highly recommended!!
