I cannot thank everyone at Avalon for their help with my dogs rabies jab and Animal Health Certificate so she could be with us in Lanzarote. Not just this but in everything they continue to do and have done for her previous. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. 5 🌟

I moved my dog's care to Avalon Vets, who are an independent practice in Milngavie, from another vet practice that was part of company confusingly called Independent Vet Care. I have never regretted the move. Appointments are 15 minutes long at Avalon and every vet I have seen has been very thorough in their examination and very mindful that my dog is a rescue and can be quite nervous. All prices are definitely cheaper than the previous practice for the same treatment/medication. Every member of staff I have engaged with (receptionists, vet nurses, practice manager, vets) has been incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend this vet practice.

Wonderful independent vet practice with friendly, caring and professional staff. Been taking my pet to them for years and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Alison and Shi Ning are my dogs favourites vets (they are good treat dispensers). They also love to be spoiled Chloe and Eva.

My old bengal I thought would be a challenge for a new vet! I inherited him when he was 10. Alison at Avalon was so patient with him even when he was growling and spitting, listening to her you would have thought he was angelic. Alison and Eva came to the house when they knew he was struggling in his last day of life. They were so understanding and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Avalon. My new cat is now a patient there.

The staff here are friendly and caring. They done a great job for the last 15yrs ensuring my working cocker Kayleigh was healthy and got the treatment she needed. They were comforting and compassionate when it was time to say goodbye 😢
