The practice is owned and operated by three experienced directors, Mr Robert Anderson, Mr Michael Kyle, and Mr Iain Lathangie, who are all fully qualified veterinary surgeons. They are joined by Mr David Allen and Mrs Kathryn Dun, who are also both highly qualified veterinary surgeons and have a passion for animal health that is a hallmark of the practice. The veterinary team is supported by Miss Alexa Bryce, a dedicated veterinary nurse.

The practice provides veterinary care for a broad range of species, including aquatics, birds, camelids, cats, cattle, deer, dogs, exotic, wild animals, pigs, poultry, sheep, goats, and small mammals.

Galedin Veterinary is open six days a week, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm on weekdays and from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm on Saturdays. The practice is closed on Sundays, and therefore, the team recommends clients to make necessary arrangements to visit on weekdays or Saturdays. The clinic has disabled public access and free on-site parking that makes the visit much more convenient for all clients.
