Staff on the desk are always friendly and helpful. The vets and vet nurses are always good with our cats and have supported their welfare with helpful advice. around 4-6 parking spaces at the rear of the vets, if this is full there is a large council carpark next door which always has spaces, I think the first hour is free but you still need to display a ticket. small waiting room but it has never been a problem.

Just taken my girl Sphynx in for a spay and have been so impressed with the care she received. I’m new to Westbury so have been so pleased to find such a caring vet. They were so understanding too of me being the nervous cat mum over my girl’s operation! I highly recommend them.

Lovely receptionists and vets who seem to genuinely care about the animals and owners, I haven't been using them for very long as my boy is only a kitten but the treatment he has received (and advice I've been given) have been fantastic. Highly recommended!

Very nice Friendly young vet who was patient with my elderly pug and respectful towards me as an older client. She was a very nice young lady full of passion for her job and easy to talk too. Thank you. All I would say is the small waiting room had too many clients with their dogs during this still uncertain time of the pandemic.several of the dogs were aggressive and not being controlled by their owners in such a confined space. However my thoughtful vet carried my deaf partially blind pug out for me as I walk with a stick All in all a positive experience but will wait out side next time as both me and my little old guy will feel safer.

We have taken all of our cats over the years to them and always had first class attention from all the staff!😊
